TOILET INCLINE LIFTS

A Toilet Incline Lift Returns Bathroom Independence

For individuals with mobility limitations or limited strength or balance, safe use of the toilet can be challenging. To reduce the risk of falls, a toilet incline lift combines the strength of a heavy-duty commode with the functionality of a lift chair. The result is a safe toileting solution that returns bathroom independence to the user.

What is a Toilet Incline Lift?

A toilet incline lift, also known as a toilet lift chair or toilet lift assist device, is a mobility aid designed to assist individuals with mobility challenges in safely standing from, or sitting down on, a toilet.

The TILT® Toilet Incline Lift from EZ-ACCESS provides a safe, durable solution to improving independence in the bathroom.

How a Toilet Incline Lift Works

The toilet incline lift attaches directly to the bowl and features a motorized mechanism that allows the seat to move up and down, assisting the user in transitioning between sitting and standing. In contrast with freestanding commode solutions, this design offers the ultimate in stability, while still remaining lightweight. The lift moves the user 7.5” forward, a position which aligns shoulders over feet for optimal balance and positioning, and the handles remain at an angle ideal for secure grip. The low-profile design of the lift permits easy lateral transfer from a mobility device. With the advantage of companion control, the unit can be operated by either the user or a caregiver.
